The hotel was clean and rooms had everything needed. Staff was professional, especially Eduardo, who made sure I wasn't sleeping on the floor, were really nice despite it not being necessary.

It certainly wasn't economical for what I expected.

The staff was best, doing great job. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to the good areas and South Beach. Coral Gables district was definitely worth visiting.

The breakfast was great, we would stay there again. The hotel property was wonderful with marvellous location very close to many restaurants and Merrimack mall and luxury car dealers and a high end outdoor mall/shopping complex. Booked a room with good views of the skyline.

I really loved how close this place is to both the Shops at Merrick Park, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Esther Mar Armbrister Park, perfect for leisurely strolls. Plus, the staff was super friendly and the bar had a great vibe.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were courteous when providing recommendations. The shower pressure was inconsistent and the pillows could use an upgrade. Despite these issues, the room was clean and the breakfast was decent, making for an acceptable stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the comfortable room and the decent buffet breakfast that offered scrambled eggs and bacon. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too! Would definitely come back.

This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, friendly bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten hairbrush. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort! I'm coming back for a holiday.

We hit up the nearby Miracle Mile and checked out PortMiami. The location is perfect for exploring. The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. Definitely a chill spot for a group getaway!
